Anyone else loving the craze around cauliflower lately? Luckily, Famoso has some new additions to their fall menu that includes cauliflower.

First up:

Roasted Cauliflower Dip

If you love a spinach dip, or any kind of dip really, but wanted to try something different- try this. It has lots of flavour and is a great way to get that anti-cauliflower eater to get some in. Paired with some garlic bread or tortilla chips- a great warm appetizer!

Pulled Beef Sandwich

This is a meat lovers’ kind of dish. Beef, bacon, tomato, cheese and some greens. A juicy burger that oozes out some juice. This is for the person who is at a pizza restaurant… but doesn’t want pizza.

Korean BBQ Beef Pizza

For my Korean BBQ lovers- this is really good. It has the Korean BBQ sauce, without it being too saucy that it takes over the taste of a pizza. The pulled beef are in small strands so that they aren’t too heavy and slide off of the pizza (anyone else had a meat pizza before where it got too heavy that the pizza is no longer a pizza?).

Roasted Cauliflower Pizza

My favourite out of all- this pizza has some toasted almonds, gorgonzola, oregano, and of course, cauliflower and a lot more. It is topped with honey and their house made chili oil- YUM. It is like… the fungi pizza at Una without the mushrooms.

That’s everything we had at Famoso- filled with fall/winter flavours and warmth for this cold winter. Which pizza are you excited to try?
